I tried to sign in but it says that my account is INACTIVE. Why?

There are a few possible reasons that you may be getting this message:

If you have registered within the last 48 hours, you may be getting this message because your account has not yet been fully activated. Depending on how you registered, you can activate your account by the applicable method below:

  • If you registered through clicking on the "Sign up / Register" button at the top of the web page, you will need to click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.

  • If you registered while placing an ad, you will need to send your verification SMS to activate your account from the mobile number you registered. 

  • If you have deleted your account from your account settings page at some point in the past. To reactivate your account, you will need to send a request to our customer support team by visiting http://dubai.dubizzle.com/contact/
  • If you have had an active account in the past that is now inactive, this means that our support staff might have blocked your account. If this is the case, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team by visiting http://dubai.dubizzle.com/contact/
