Unfortunately, users cannot delete ratings left on their dubizzle profile since they originate from other users. That said, if you feel a rating left on your profile is inappropriate, you can contact dubizzle customer support to request its removal.

Our content moderation team will review your profile and the rating in question. If we agree the rating violates our community guidelines or is abusive, we will remove it.

To request rating removal, visit our Help Center and submit a report detailing the problematic review on your profile. Include screenshots if possible.

Do note, to encourage honesty and foster transparency we are not in a position to remove negative ratings and reviews. Ratings deemed acceptable will not be removed.
