The actual transaction details, negotiations, contracts, and any disputes that crop up are handled independently between the buyer and seller. dubizzle does not oversee the deal process or have any involvement beyond the initial ad listing where parties made contact.

In cases of scams, fraud, or severe policy violations, dubizzle may ban users from its platform. However, dubizzle does not intervene in individual transaction disputes. For transaction conflicts, dubizzle recommends contacting law enforcement. dubizzle is unable to enforce any financial restitution or reimbursements between disputing parties.
