1. Finding the Perfect Stay

Your ideal property is just a few clicks away. Here’s how to narrow down your options and find the perfect match.

  • Searching & Filtering: Use our powerful search tools to filter by travel dates, location, number of guests, and price. You can also filter for specific amenities like "Swimming Pool," "Free Parking," or "Pet-Friendly."
  • How to Read a Listing: Take a moment to review the property's photos, read the full description, check the list of amenities, and see its location on the map.
  • Contacting a Host: Have a question before you book? You can easily send a message to the host directly from the listing page.

2. Booking Your Trip & Our Cancellation Policy

Ready to make it official? The booking process is simple and secure.

  • How to Book: Once you have selected your dates, you can either "Request to Book" and wait for the host's approval or, for some properties, use "Instant Book" to confirm your stay immediately.
  • Our Standard Cancellation Policy: To offer more variety and control, properties on dubizzle feature different cancellation policies chosen by the host or agency. These range from Flexible (full refund up to 1 day before check-in) to Non-refundable.
  • Note: Before you confirm your payment, please review the specific policy assigned to that property. You can find the exact refund windows, whether they are based on your booking date or your check-in date, clearly listed on the property page and during the checkout process.
  • What Happens Next: Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your trip details, including the address, host contact information, and house rules. You can also find this in the "My Bookings" section of your dubizzle account.

 

3. Preparing For Your Arrival

Ready to make it official? The booking process is simple and secure.

  • Confirm Check-in Plans: Message your host a day or two before your arrival to confirm your check-in time and any specific instructions for getting the keys.
  • Review the House Rules: Re-read the house rules on the listing page to ensure you know the host's expectations regarding smoking, pets, noise, or visitors.
  • Know Your Destination: Familiarise yourself with the neighbourhood, nearby transport options, and local customs.

 

4. During Your Stay

You've arrived! Here’s how to make the most of your stay

  • Being a Respectful Guest: Treat the property with care, as if it were your own home. Be mindful of noise levels and respectful of the neighbours.
  • What to Do if There's an Issue: If a problem arises (e.g., Wi-Fi isn't working, you can't operate an appliance), contact your host first. They are your immediate point of contact and are best equipped to solve the issue quickly.
  • In Case of Emergency: If you have an emergency that requires police, fire, or medical assistance, please contact the local emergency services immediately.

 

5. After Your Stay: Check-out

  • Cleaning Fee: A one-time fee charged by the host to cover cleaning costs.
  • dubizzle Service Fee: A small fee that helps us run our platform and provide support.
