1. "Instant Book" vs. "Request to Book"

Instant Book: For properties with this feature, you can confirm your stay immediately. Your booking is finalised as soon as you complete the payment. This is ideal for last-minute trips or when you want a quick and easy booking experience.

Request to Book: If the property does not offer "Instant Book," you will see the "Request to Book" option. This sends a booking request to the host, who will then have 24 hours to review your profile and decide whether to accept or decline the reservation. Your payment information is securely held and will only be processed if the host accepts your request.

2. Follow the Booking Steps

Review Your Details: Before you proceed, carefully review your travel dates, the number of guests, and the total price of your stay.

Enter Your Information: Enter your contact and payment details. Your information is protected by our secure payment system.

Confirm Your Booking: Click on either "Instant Book" or "Request to Book" to finalise the process. You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email with all the details of your trip.

3. What Happens Next?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will have access to your host's WhatsApp and mobile number. This is where you can coordinate check-in details and ask any other questions you may have about your stay.
