Before Your Booking is Confirmed
You can send a message to a host directly from their property's listing page. This is the best way to ask questions about the property, its amenities, or the neighborhood before you commit to a booking.
Simply navigate to the listing you're interested in and click the "Chat" button.
Your message will be sent through our secure, on-platform chat system.
After Your Booking is Confirmed
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip. At this point, new communication options will become available:
On-Platform Chat: You can continue to use the chat feature within your account to discuss check-in plans, ask questions, or communicate any needs during your stay. This is the recommended method for all communication as it keeps a clear record of your conversations.
Phone Call: For your convenience, the host's phone number will become visible on the booking confirmation page. You can use it to call or message the host directly for more urgent matters or to coordinate your arrival.
We recommend that you use the on-platform chat for all conversations, as it provides a secure record of your communication for both you and the host.
