To provide flexibility and transparency, hosts on our platform can choose from several cancellation policies. This ensures a fair experience for both guests and hosts based on the nature of the property and the timing of the stay.

Understanding Your Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy assigned to the property you booked. You can find the policy details on the Property Page before booking and within your Booking Confirmation.

The available policies include:

  • Flexible & Moderate: These allow for full or partial refunds based on how many days remain before your check-in date.
  • Limited & Firm: These offer tiered refunds (Full, 50%, or No Refund) depending on how far in advance you cancel.
  • Strict: A full refund is only available if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking creation.
  • Non-refundable: No refunds are processed once the payment has been completed.

Tip: Always check the "Cancellation Policy" section on the checkout page to see the specific deadlines and refund percentages for your stay.

How to Cancel

You can cancel a booking directly from the "My Bookings" section of your account.

  1. Go to your confirmed trips.
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  3. The system will automatically calculate your eligible refund based on the host’s selected policy and the current date.
  4. Confirm the cancellation to initiate the refund process.

Once canceled, any applicable refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
