Issues with your booking

If a problem arises during your stay, we're here to help you find a quick solution. Here's what to do if you encounter an issue with your booking or the property.

Step 1: Contact Your Host
Your host is your first and best point of contact. They are the most knowledgeable person to help with any issues related to the property.

For Property Issues: If something isn't working (like the Wi-Fi or a kitchen appliance), if the property isn't as clean as you expected, or if you have any questions, message your host directly through the platform's chat. Most issues are easily resolved this way.

For On-Site Emergencies: If there is a problem that requires urgent attention (e.g., a burst pipe, no electricity), contact your host immediately via the phone number or WhatsApp provided in your booking confirmation.

Step 2: Contact Our Support Team
If you have made a good faith effort to resolve the issue with the host and have not received a response or a satisfactory solution, please contact our Support Team.

When to Contact Support: You should reach out to our team if you cannot get in touch with your host, if the issue is not being resolved, or if there is a serious problem with the booking.

Step 3: In Case of an Emergency
If there is a life-threatening or medical emergency, please contact the local emergency services immediately. Your safety is our top priority.
