What We Review
Our moderation team carefully checks your listing to ensure it is ready to be published and to confirm its compliance with local regulations. We review the following:

Quality: We check for high-quality, clear photos and a detailed description that accurately represents the property. A complete list of amenities is also reviewed.

Compliance: We verify that your property has a valid Holiday Home Permit from the relevant tourism authority in your emirate (e.g., the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)). This is a mandatory step.

Accuracy: We ensure that the location, price, and other property details are accurate and consistent with the information on your permit.


Approval Timeline
The review process is typically completed within 4-12 hours of submission. We will notify you via email as soon as the review is complete.

If Your Listing is Approved: Congratulations! Your listing will automatically go live on the platform, and you can start receiving booking requests from guests.

If Your Listing Needs Changes: We will send you a detailed email with clear, actionable feedback on what needs to be updated. You can easily make the changes and resubmit your listing for another review.
