How Payouts Work

Payment Collection: We handle the entire payment process, collecting the full amount from the guest when their booking is confirmed. This includes the nightly rate and any additional fees you've set.

Payout Schedule: Your earnings will be paid out to you 10 to 15 days after the booking's check-in date or check-out date, depending on your agreement with dubizzle.

Payout Methods: To receive your earnings, you must provide a stamped bank letter with your information directly to your designated account manager or our operations team. They will ensure your payout details are securely set up.

Understanding Your Earnings Dashboard

Your earnings dashboard is located in the Financial tab in the left menu of your Booking Hub. Here, you can easily track your earnings and manage your finances.

Total Earnings: See the total amount you have earned from all your bookings in a given amount of time.

Pending Payouts: View the earnings that are scheduled to be paid out in your next monthly cycle.

Latest Payout: See the details of your most recent payout, including the date and amount.

Payout List: Access a detailed history of all the payouts you have received.

Fees Explained

dubizzle Host Service Fee: a small service fee for each booking varies depending on the host's agreement with dubizzle. This fee is applied to your total booking value, including the nightly rates set by the host.
