How can we help you?

Check in and check out

A smooth check-in and check-out process is a crucial part of providing a great experience. Clear communication and preparation are key to making arrivals and departures seamless for both you and your guests.

The Check-in Process
You have full control over how and when guests check in. Be sure to provide clear instructions to avoid any confusion.

Set Your Times: Clearly state your standard check-in and check-out times in your listing. We recommend communicating these times to guests a few days before their arrival as a helpful reminder.

Confirm Arrival Plans: A day or two before the booking, you should contact the guest to confirm their expected arrival time and provide them with all the necessary check-in information.

Check-in Options:

In-Person: You or a co-host can meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and show them around. This is a great opportunity to welcome them personally and answer any immediate questions.

Self-Check-in: A popular and flexible option, self-check-in allows guests to access the property at their convenience. You can use a lockbox or a smart lock system. Ensure you provide very clear, step-by-step instructions with photos or even a video.

Guest Information: As per local regulations, you are required to collect guest information, including a copy of their passport or Emirates ID, at the time of check-in. This is a mandatory step for legal compliance.

Early Check-in: Early check-in is not guaranteed and is at your discretion. If a guest requests it, you can approve it if your calendar allows.

The Check-out Process
A clear checkout process helps ensure the property is left in a tidy condition and allows you to prepare for your next guests efficiently.

Provide Clear Instructions: A day before the guest's departure, send them a simple checklist with your checkout instructions. This should include details on:

- Where to leave the keys.
- Disposing of trash.
- Turning off lights and appliances.
- Any other tidying-up expectations.

Adhere to Your Schedule: The standard checkout time is set to allow you enough time to clean and prepare for the next guest.

Late Check-out: Late check-out is not guaranteed. If a guest requests it, you can approve it if your schedule permits, and you may charge an additional fee.

By setting clear expectations and providing all the necessary information, you can make the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free for both you and your guests.
