What is PriceLabs?

PriceLabs is a dynamic pricing tool that automatically updates your property’s daily rates using market intelligence based on your property’s features and location.

Note: While PriceLabs offers various tools, our current integration specifically supports automated daily price updates. Other features (like check-in/out automations) are not supported at this time.

How to Connect PriceLabs

Follow these steps to link your accounts. Please ensure you have Owner or Administrator permissions in Holiday Homes to see the necessary tabs.

Step 1: Initiate in dubizzle Holiday Homes

1. Log in to bookinghub.dubizzle.com.
2. Navigate to the Connections tab and select PriceLabs.
3. Important: When prompted, enter the email address linked to your PriceLabs account. If these emails do not match, the integration will fail.
4. Click Done. Your status will now show as Pending.

Step 2: Configure in PriceLabs

1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
2. Click Add / Re-import listings.
3. Under PMS / Channel Manager, select dubizzle Holiday Homes.
4. Action Required: Select the checkbox: "Allow dubizzle Holiday Homes to add listings to your PriceLabs account."
5. Click Save. Reload the page if needed.
6. Map your dubizzle Holiday Homes listings to your existing PriceLabs properties if needed, and adjust your pricing settings.
7. Once your properties are imported to PriceLabs, your status in the Holiday Homes Connections tab will change to Successful.

Step 3: Syncing your Prices

1. In PriceLabs, click on Review Prices.
2. Click Sync Now for an immediate update, or toggle on Auto-sync.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take for prices to update? If you click Sync Now, prices usually reflect in dubizzle Holiday Homes within a few minutes. With Auto-sync enabled, PriceLabs updates dubizzle Holiday Homes every 24 hours.

2. My status says "Connection Failure." What should I do? This usually occurs if the email addresses don't match or permissions weren't granted in PriceLabs. To fix this:

1. Go to the Connections tab in Holiday Homes and click Disconnect.
2. Restart the connection process from Step 1, ensuring the email is correct.

3. My status says "Pending." Is something wrong? Not at all. This status appears immediately after setup. It will automatically update to "Successful" once PriceLabs imports your properties from dubizzle Holiday Homes.

4. Can I manually overwrite the pricing set by PriceLabs? Yes. If you manually modify a price in dubizzle Holiday Homes, it will stay active until the next auto-sync performed by PriceLabs, which will then overwrite it with the dynamic rate.

5. Can I stop price updates for a specific property? Yes. You can either remove that specific property from PriceLabs or disable the "Auto-sync" toggle for that listing within the PriceLabs dashboard.

6. I don't see the "Connections" tab. This tab is only visible to Agency Owners and Administrators. If you need access, please contact your account owner to update your permissions under User Settings.

7. Can I delete the connection entirely? Yes. Navigate to the Connections tab and click Disconnect on the PriceLabs card. No further updates will be sent to your properties.
